  7. Sirius Equipment Control is designed to assist in controlling the
  8. profitability of each equipment item.  Billings for rental or usage posted to
  9. the job are stored and compared against the costs incurred for service, fuel,
  10. overhead, and depreciation to arrive at the profit per equipment item.
  11. Maintenance per item is handled through input of actual meter readings and
  12. service dates.  Through the use of recommended hours between service and the
  13. meter readings, equipment items can easily be flagged for service.  Labor
  14. costs for maintenance can be posted directly from Sirius Payroll to each piece
  15. of equipment in Equipment Control.  Sirius Equipment Control can be run as a
  16. stand-alone module or be interfaced to Job Cost, Payroll, Accounts Receivable,
  17. Inventory Control, Purchase Order, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger
  18. applications of Sirius Business Accounting.
